I have spent thousands of dollars on chicos cloths and love everything. However i went into this store to show what a tshirt looked like after i washed it. No help at all. Then i recieved an email 2 days ago saying they were holding a free necklace for me. I showed them the email and since a code wasnt on email the girl tried to tell me i couldnt get it since the email was 2 days old. I balked and the manager came over and told her to override it. The salesclerk was nothing short of a b____ch. Terrible attitude. I will continue buying chicos but i will not go in this store again.
